Conveniently located just outside Maidstone, The Orchard offers a secluded venue for your company’s event.
We cater for formal conferences and meetings, or more relaxed training or team building events.
The Orchard offers a number of rooms for your event, which can be tailored to your requirements. The Terrace Room and the larger Orchard Suite are ideal venues for formal meetings and training programmes.
The Oak Rooms provide a more relaxed option, perfect for smaller meetings, informal events or breakout sessions.
In good weather you can also take advantage of our outdoor spaces, including our Water Terrace and lawns.
Facilities and catering
We have ample on-site parking at The Orchard. Wifi is available throughout our venue and we have a PA system available on request.
Lunch for you and your delegates will be served by our professional waiting team. Options include a hot or continental breakfast, finger or fork buffet, sandwich lunch, fish and chips, picnic basket or afternoon tea.
A full licensed bar can also be provided, if required.
Our room capacities are as follows:
- Oak Rooms: from 15 (boardroom layout) to 30 (theatre layout)
- Terrace Room: 15 (T-shaped layout)
- Orchard Suite: from 64 (cabaret layout) to 120 (theatre layout)

Our team are experienced at planning and managing all sorts and sizes of events at The Orchard. We will help you plan your company’s event and ensure that the day runs smoothly.
When needed, we will liaise with reputable local suppliers on your behalf, to fulfil all your requirements.
As an example of our prices, a standard event, including room hire, refreshments on arrival and a sandwich lunch, would cost £33.60 per delegate. A team building day, including refreshments on arrival, a picnic basket lunch and drinks reception, would cost £46.20 per delegate.
