Our Elegance Weddings give you exclusive access to The Orchard from 8am to 1am and our friendly team will help you create a fabulous day of celebrations.

From feeling pampered in our luxurious getting ready room, to being driven back to your hotel in style at the end of the night, your wedding will truly be a day to remember.

And your guests will feel equally indulged, with a sparkling canapé reception, three course wedding breakfast and evening disco including a late night buffet.

Our prices include all of the features listed below, so you can be confident that there are no hidden extras.

Please note that these prices include VAT. All packages are subject to registrar’s fees where applicable. We require a damage deposit of £500.

Prices are subject to increase yearly, please contact us for 2026 and 2027 prices.

What's included

Wedding preparations

  • Experienced wedding co-ordinator and wedding team.
  • Group menu tasting for the wedding couple.
  • Bespoke room plan to assist you in making your seating arrangements.

Getting ready

  • Luxurious getting ready room available from 8am.
  • Brunch Basket for up to six people.
  • Ample free parking for your guests.

Ceremony and reception

  • Choice of two outdoor and two indoor ceremony venues.
  • Guidance for booking your registrar (please note that registrar fees will apply).
  • Secluded area to meet your registrar before the ceremony.
  • Pimms, Prosecco or bucks fizz reception (two glasses per guest, alcohol free option included).
  • Choice of three sumptuous canapés.
  • Post box to collect your wedding cards.

Wedding breakfast

  • Easels to display your seating plan, or messages about your day.
  • Three course wedding breakfast, choose from two menu options for each course.
  • Half a bottle of house red, white or rosé wine per guest.
  • One glass of Prosecco per guest for the toast.
  • Stylish cake stand and knife.

Evening celebrations

  • Professional DJ and disco lighting.
  • Evening buffet from a choice of menus.
  • Exclusive use of The Orchard until 1am (Fridays & Saturdays) or Midnight (Sunday – Thursday).
  • One hour ‘Leave in Luxury’ service to take you and your VIP guests to your hotels.
